So, it has been a solid 24 hours since I created this blog. I think I spent 2 hours at least on just coming up with a name-that I'm still not satisfied with. Fickle me. Anyways, I figure this entry will be pretty short. Another weekend in the Hammond household-and since we're flat broke- a pretty lazy weekend. We watched the first 4 Harry Potters and planned on getting the whole way through the series so that we are ready for midnight Thursday night when we go see the final film! I'm going to be so sad when its over! But I am super excited that I get to go at midnight with Phillip and see in in XD and 3-D AND that we only paid 50 cents for it! Yay for LivingSocial!
Last night, we took a break from HP and took the motorcycle out to the mini-golf place in town. I gotta say, I'm finally really comfortable on the back of the bike! I won mini-golf, again! So of course I was pretty happy! But that was pretty much our excitement for the weekend.
Today has been pretty lax. Watched some more HP and some Family Guy. I'm hoping that this storm actually hits tonight! The past 4-5 days, the storms have just gone around base. So annoying. I'd love to not have to water the lawns!
Today I also took the initiative and started a FB group called DMAFB Wives-The Silent Ranks and so far it has been a hit! I'm pretty excited about it! I hope good things come from it!
Later when its nicer out and sunny I'll go take a picture of our lawn since we won Yard of the Month and post it for everyone to see. But maybe I'll trim the grass first cuz the grass is a little unrulely right now!
Ok that is enough blabberings for one post! Hopefully I'll have something more interesting next time! I might have to google blog ideas haha!
